Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Eagle Valley Energy is a privately held company focused on exploiting the Upper Gulf Coast Trend of Texas including the Eagle Ford, Austin Chalk, Woodbine, Bossier and Haynesville petroleum systems. This seasoned ownership team has over 50 years of combined experience in developing this trend. Currently, Eagle Valley Energy has 80,673 gross / 26,688 net acres leased in Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, and Madison Counties.

Eagle Valley Energy’s demonstrated record of success shows successful property development and attractive realizations. The principals have previously divested assets to Chesapeake, Halcon, Anadarko, Petromax, XTO, Continental, and Clayton Williams, among others. They have extensive experience operating and drilling in Gulf Coast and East Texas Basins as well.
